Considering that Europe is on the path to wood, in the most positive sense
of the term, market research carried out in the UK has shown that in
Hackney, a London district, 121 apartments have been built in one of the
largest solid wood buildings. a usable area of 41.010ft and a further
11.482ft of usable commercial area.
158.916ft3 of binderholz X-LAM BBS elements were installed on 9 floors
over a total of 10 floors.

How do we work?
The technology will be all BIO starting from the photovoltaic panels that
we will install on the roof and in all usable spaces in order to produce
electricity at no cost.
Once the work is completed, the wood will not be visible since a non-load-
bearing brick facade will be placed externally on the entire structure. By
doing so, the building will perfectly conform to the local architectural
style.
The sales of the properties will be channeled to the local Real Estate
Agencies in addition to our Sales Office which will be installed, again in
wood, directly on the construction site that we will disassemble when the
structure is completed.
The project also includes the construction of commercial premises with
the same technology.
This technology will allow us to significantly reduce sales prices with
obvious commercial benefits.
